We are a firm of Planners, Engineers, Builders and constractors functioning with our registered office at Chennai. The firm was originally established in the year 1997 in the name of Welcome Consortium and was renamed as Vel Shelters in the year 2003.The firm today continues to operate under the same name and is managed by Mrs.Malini ME. We have planned, designed and supervised some projects all over tamilnadu comprising of New town Development, Campuses for small and large Residential Colonies, Resort Development, Residential and Commercial Buildingsamong others.We have also made significant contributions to the development of planning architectural and engineering technology in educational and research fields. They have won awards for such contributions.We have a total staff of about fifteen which includes planners, engineers, electrical engineering and other technical staff. We also have in-house capabilities for electrical engineering and public health engineering, Design Services for specialied services like tower work, fine safety and landscaping.We are well equipped to render comprehensive and engineering services for all type of buildings.This includes and in-house compute facility with the following software services.
